Researchers at the University of Kentucky invite you to participate in a research study to help improve experiences in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for LGBTQ + families.
Participants will join a community advisory board to help researchers to design a study with LBTQ+ parents of NICU infants.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
• identify as LGBTQ+ and have had a child in the NICU
• are a health provider in the NICU
