The BERD offers a free workshop each summer for high school students. The "Statistics Facts and Snacks" program will discuss what a statistician does, requirements to pursue higher education in statistics, and introductory statistical programming techniques. The workshop is geared towards any high school grade level and no statistics or computer science experience is required.
