Join us for the 21st Annual CCTS Spring Conference! This year's theme, "AI: Bridging Clinical Care, Innovation, Research, and Technology", brings together leaders, experts, innovators and pioneers to explore ways in which AI impacts health. Come to learn, connect, and showcase your own research.
 
The CCTS Spring Conference also hosts Research Days for the Colleges of Dentistry, Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Education, Institute for Biomedical Informatics, and the Department of Internal Medicine.

Submit Your Abstracts for the 2026 CCTS Spring Conference!

We are now accepting abstracts for poster and oral presentations at our 21st Annual Spring Conference, which will be held March 31, 2026. 

» Submission Deadline: Feb. 3, 2026 by 5 p.m. EST. 

This year's conference theme is "AI: Bridging Clinical Care, Innovation, Research and Technology."

In addition to abstracts related to this theme, we invite abstracts related to clinical and translational science and research, as well as abstracts for the following college- and unit-specific Research Days that will be held at the conference:

  • College of Dentistry
  • College of Education
  • College of Engineering-Biomedical Engineering
  • College of Health Sciences
  • College of Medicine
  • College of Nursing
  • College of Public Health
  • Department of Internal Medicine
  • Institute for Biomedical Informatics

Note: Abstracts do not need to align with the conference theme.

Transportation

A bus will transport conference attendees to and from UK's campus and the Central Bank Center from 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up/drop off at the main entrance of Chandler Hospital, just past the loop near the statue, and pick up/drop off at the Main Street entrance of the Central Bank Center.
