You’re Invited to take a Telehealth Readiness Survey

Researchers at the University of Kentucky invite you to participate in a telehealth readiness survey. Telehealth is the use of technology, such as a tablet or laptop, to connect with a health care provider at a distance. Researchers hope to learn more about how older adults make their decisions on using telehealth services. The results of this research study will be used to help find better ways for older adults and their health care providers to make decisions about telehealth. Participants are compensated upon receiving the readiness survey.  Additional compensation will be given to participants who complete the follow up phone interview.

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

• Over the age of 65

• Speak and understand English

• Able to make your own medical decisions

(Do NOT have a health care proxy or power of attorney)
