Researchers are inviting you to participate in a study to learn more about factors that influence physical activity patterns in people who have a history of ACL reconstruction.

This study consists of an online survey that will take about 30 minutes to complete.

Completed surveys will be eligible to win a $25 Amazon gift card.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are between 18 - 40 years old

• Have a history of ACL reconstruction within the last 10 years

• Have been cleared by a physican for physical activity
