Did you receive Telemedicine services with UK Psychiatry during the COVID-19 pandemic? If yes, researchers at the University of Kentucky invite you to take part in a Telemedicine satisfaction survey. The purpose of this research study is to help our healthcare providers improve their Telemedicine services. Interested participants will be required to complete a brief 5 - 10 minute survey.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
• Are over the age of 18
• Can read, write, and speak English
• Have received any Telemedicine services during the COVID-19 pandemic
