Researchers at the University of Kentucky invite you to participate in an online research study to understand the impact of female mentorship on trainees in the health care and science professions. Participants will complete a 20-30 minute online survey and will enter to receive a $50 gift card.

You may be eligible to participate if you: 

•    are older than 18 years old

•    are a current faculty, trainee or student in a health care or science department

•    have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer
