IRB has final say in the review process and should see/hear the final product (print, video, audio).
IRB may review and approve the wording of the advertisement prior to taping, then review the final taped message using expedited procedures.
If a question arises of whether Public Relations (PR) has reviewed a piece or what the suggested edits were, PR and CRDOC have records dating back to 2002.
CRDOC makes IRB revisions to the tracked ad and will begin promotional activities only after receiving a copy of the IRB approval.
