Participant Recruitment and Marketing Unit – Flyers
The CRDOC Participant Recruitment area creates flyers for UK-sponsored research studies, using the steps below.

Click the "Human Subjects Form" link under Related Links to submit the study information on the Human Subjects Recruitment Request Form, or use the Contact Information.

After we receive your submission, we will contact you by email with a first draft. After the first draft of the flyer meets your approval, it will be forwarded to the UK Department of Public Relations for any corrections. After Public Relations has approved the flyer, you will be sent the final version for submission to the IRB.

After you notify us that the IRB has approved your flyer, we will print out the flyer and place it on at least one of the three wall mount locations at the hospital and at the clinic. You must also fax the IRB approval letter for the study to CRDOC (use Contact Information). We will refill the flyers on the wall mounts as needed. We also maintain a tracking system for each flyer.

Note: Please use the Contact Information to notify us when your study is completed so that we can remove the flyer from the wall mounts.
