Jane Serumgard Harrison, PhD

Jane Serumgard Harrison, PhD, administrative director, Center for Clinical and Translational Science, is assistant provost for clinical and translational science, Office of the Provost.

Prior to her current position, Dr. Harrison was senior assistant dean for graduate education and director of the Integrated Biomedical Sciences (IBS), the first-year core curriculum for the seven doctoral programs in the College of Medicine.

Dr. Harrison brings more than 20 years of administrative experience at the university level to CCTS administration. She has assisted in CTS development at UK as a K30 Advisory Board member, through organization of UK's 2004-2005 Clinical and Translational Research Summit and subsequent task force review, and through service on numerous NIH proposal development teams.
